
REFUND POLICY
Please review our refund and cancellation policy before booking services.
Retainer Payments
All retainers or deposits paid to reserve an event date are non refundable.
Client Cancellations
More than 180 days before the event:
Retainer forfeited.
90–179 days before the event:
50% of contract price due.
31–89 days before the event:
75% of contract price due.
30 days or less before the event:
100% of contract price due.
Rescheduling
One rescheduling request may be permitted based on availability. Previously paid funds may be transferred to the new approved event date.
Custom Services
Refunds are not available for services already rendered, completed event work, or custom products created specifically for a client.
Payment Disputes
Clients are encouraged to contact Divine Grace Events directly to resolve any concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
